Terms and conditions of sale - Dan-Flanger A/S

 
1. Ordering products on www.dan-flanger.dk
 
When you place an order on www.dan-flanger.dk and receive an order confirmation from us, you enter into an agreement with:

When you enter into an agreement with us, you agree to these terms and conditions of sale, and we therefore ask that you read them carefully before you place an order with us.
 
The agreement is entered into in Danish.
 
In order to purchase goods on [name of website] you must be over 18.
 
The range of products on www.dan-flanger.dk is only an invitation for you to make an offer by sending us your order and the agreement is not final until we have accepted your offer by sending an order confirmation to you.
 
You order your goods on www.dan-flanger.dk by selecting the products and putting them in the shopping cart. Once you have selected your products and are ready to place your order, click "Order" and you will be prompted to enter your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as a shipping address.
 
Once you have entered this information, you will be asked to choose a payment method and then to enter the information required by the selected payment method, for example, debit card information.
 
Once you have entered all the required information, you will be asked to confirm your order and at the same time declare that you agree to our terms and conditions of sale.
 
You should always review your order before you place it. Before placing your order, you have the option to edit the information you have entered, such as the delivery or invoice address, as well as payment card details. You can add or remove items from the shopping cart at any time in your order.
 
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt that is a reproduction of the order you have just placed. The receipt is not an expression that the order is processed, or that there is an agreement between you and us. The agreement is only entered into once you receive an order confirmation from us.
 
You will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail when your order is processed and we have accepted your order.
 
We save your order and order confirmation, and you can always get a copy by contacting us.
 
If you made a mistake when you made your order, for example, gave a wrong address, please contact our Customer Service Centre.
 
2. Changing or cancelling orders
 
After placing your order you can change it by contacting our Customer Service Centre on tel. +45 47 17 28 04 or  e-mail bent-nielsen@dan-flanger.dk  
 
Our Customer Service Centre can help you to change your order, but ONLY if the product//products have not been shipped.
 
If the products have already been shipped, you have 14 days right of cancellation. Read more about the right to return.
Exceptions from the right to return
The statutory right to return goods where the customer has ordered engraving, gilding and repair, and other customisation, is voided upon acceptance of the purchase, because production is to order and initiated immediately thereafter.
 
Without being obligated to pay compensation or otherwise cover your costs, we are entitled to cancel a purchase in the following situations:
 
  • if there has been an inadvertent mistake on www.dan-flanger.dk, such as a payment error,
  • if your payment details cannot be verified or are incorrect,
  • if we suspect that your order has been placed in bad faith or in relation to illegal activities.
We will try to resolve the problem and we will of course notify you of any cancellation before it takes place. If a cancellation occurs, we will return any payments without additional cost to you.
 
3. Prices and payment
 
All prices on www.dan-flanger.dk are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, but excluding delivery costs.
 
All prices are current prices that are updated regularly.
 
The prices shown on www.dan-flanger.dk are valid at the time of purchase. We can change our prices without notice, but of course it will not affect orders that we have accepted by sending an order confirmation.
 
The total price you accept when you submit your order is the amount we will debit from the payment card given when we have shipped your products.
 
On www.dan-flanger.dk you can pay with the following payment cards: Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express.
 
When you place an order, your payment card will be authorised. If your card is not authorised, you will receive a message on the screen that authorisation has failed and you will then be asked to choose another payment method.
 
We do not debit any amount from your payment card until we have carried out your order and the products have been shipped to you.
 
4.  Delivery
 
The products are manufactured to order and expected delivery is approx. 14 days from the order date.
 
5. Right of cancellation

You have the option to cancel your purchase and the cancellation period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.
 
Please note that you cannot exercise your right of cancellation if you use the product, if it is apparent to you that it will detract from the good’s sales value.
If you also break the seal on audio and video recordings or software, such as CDs, DVDs, films, games and the like, you cannot exercise your right of cancellation.
 
If you want to cancel your purchase, the goods must otherwise be undamaged and they must be returned in the same condition as at the time of delivery.
 
The 14-day period starts at the earliest the day following the day on which you received the goods, if at the same time you also received this advice about the right of cancellation in writing. The right of cancellation period does not begin until you have received information about the right of cancellation in writing, for example, by e-mail or on paper. The deadline expires 3 months after the day you received the goods, even if you have not received information about the right of cancellation, see above.
 
If, for example, you receive the goods on the 1st and have also received information about the right of cancellation, you can cancel the purchase agreement up to and including the 15th. If you only receive the information later, for example, on the 3rd, you have up to and including the 17th. If the 14-day deadline expires on a bank holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, you can wait until the next business day.
 
How to cancel
 
You can exercise your right of cancellation by sending the goods back to us before the 14-day deadline expires. It is sufficient for you if, before the deadline, you have handed over the goods to Post Danmark or another firm to carry out the return shipment to us. If you want proof that you cancelled in time, you can keep the receipt that you have handed the goods over to, for example, Post Danmark for shipping.
 
Unless otherwise agreed, you pay for the shipping costs for returning when you return a product, because you want to cancel your purchase. If after agreement with you, we have supplied a replacement, because the product could not be delivered as a whole, costs for the return of the goods are borne by us.
 
Once we have received the goods and have verified that they meet the conditions under which the right of cancellation can be exercised, the full purchase price is refunded to you, including the cost of our shipment to you via the same payment method used for the purchase, which can take up to 14 days.
 
If we believe that the conditions under which you can exercise the right of cancellation are not complied with, we will contact you by phone or e-mail with the reasons.
 
6. Complaints
 
If the goods you have purchased from us prove to be defective, you have a 2-year warranty. You can complain about a product up to 2 years from the date of purchase. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the receipt for at least 2 years. You can file a complaint by contacting our Customer Service Centre. You must contact us as soon as you notice that the goods are defective.
 
Please note that your right to complain may discontinue before the warranty period has expired, if the goods are not meant to keep for 2 years, or with normal use are worn out before the deadline expires.
 
The warranty applies to goods that are defective in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. For more information see www.forbrug.dk.
 
7. Disputes
Any disputes involving www.dan-flanger.dk and purchases on this are governed by Danish law and the Danish courts, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
